I have long skinny feet and these fit true to size. The shape is a little wide but I struggle with that in all my shoes. They are comfortable and great for riding motorcycle. The extra layer/ pad across the foot is great for the shift lever and has yet to wear. They keep my feet warm in the cold or cool in the heat. Definetly recommend for women rider. Curious to see how they hold up for long term and how long the velcro lasts.
