I used this to install some under cabinet led strip lights and it worked great. I did not want to put screws in the cabinets even small ones. The original tape light leds installed by the kitchen renovator were hot glued in place and they began to sag over time, it was very annoying and unsightly so I decided to replace them with rigid strips and use this Velcro to attach them under the counter and it worked great so far. It’s easy to use and is very strong they appear to be held very sturdyOk there are a lot of reviews complaining about how the adhesive part of these strips suck. And to be fair when I first got my order I pull it back and stuck my finger to it to check it out. And it was pretty weak. But I thought well what do I have to loose gonna try it anyway! Let me tell you it must love my brick bc I used it to attach house number on brick and that sucker isn’t budging. So I can’t speak for other surfaces but it’s be amazing for me!I have a 40 year old used leather jacket I wear on rainy days. The big buttons came off and I haven't tried to find a tailor to fix them. One of the four buttons is still on the jacket, so I decided to just get some velcro for the rest of it. Is it perfect and stay shut completely? No, but that's fine with me. It holds the jacket somewhat closed. But, does the velcro come off having been beat on by rain and wind for now over a year? Nope. Its on there permanent. So, result: not the strongest velcro when it comes to holding things together, but if you want all weather velcro I have no complaints.Use these For many reasons including temporary chute repair. You have used for a couple of issues that home and great adhesion. Highly recommendUsed it for my iPad in my semi truck to watch TV at night in my sleeper. I stuck it on the side of my cabinet. Holds up well, iPad hasn't fell off yet and it's a bumpy ride. I'd buy it again for sure!The best!This product was very easy to use. I needed something to keep my decorations in place on my balcony, this seems to work very well. We had three severe thunderstorms and these held up very well. I am very satisfied with this purchase.In ordered this to hold a machine down that gets tugged off a counter and it is super sticky. Love this product.I bought these for some outside solar lights that weighed just a few ounces. This velcro says it can hold up to 15 Pounds! It also states it's waterproof, the first bit of rain off the all they came smashing the lights, so I'm out of pocket for both. Wishing I had just used screws instead of wasting my money on this, which does not do what it claims to.In the main discription of this item it clearly states 6 piece, so as I required 18 I ordered 3!Imagine my surprise then, when having opened my delivery I found that each pack only contains 2 strips.I am now in the position of , if using this product for it's intended purpose I now have to order an additional 6 packs.Why does the discription state 6 piece?Unfortunately this didn’t work for me. I used it on brick outside. It was ok until the rain arrived and then it just.... fell off!!!Rubbish doesn’t stick to anything waste of moneyExcellent strong strips. I have used them so far in the garden for attaching trellis to walls without having to drill into brickwork.
