This product is good because it is adjustable and easy to install. It does tend to slide down on the chair after a few days, so we have to repostion it. It works on a power wheelchair.helped relieve my back stressWe recognized immediately that this item would not be useful in my mother's chair upon opening the box. So I immediately tried to return it to he told there is no refund . I don't have 104.00 dollars to give away for something that has only been taken out of the box and never unwrapped.This was not as expected. The back is too rigid with a metal bar and no flexibility. Was looking to ban e a wheel chair patient put was terribly uncomfortable and caused person to pitch forward in the chair. Was not a safe itemThis kept my mother from leaning in her wheelchairi do not see any way possible for this to be comfortable! the back is very hard metal with minimal cushion over it. Very poor design, very uncomfortable and then have to pay your own postage to return it! So very poor customer service!!! after paying 20$ to return this, they charged almost 85.00 restocking fee!!!! if i could give zero stars i would
